Kale Lemon Energizer Smoothie
This smoothie is better than coffee for jump starting your day! Okay, that may be going overboard. Howsoever, the Greek yoghurt is a natural probiotic. The kale is packed with natural mutlvitamins and the lemon juice naturally detoxifies yesterday's sins. What's not to love?

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup Filtered Water
- 1/2 Cup Greek Yoghurt
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries
- 1/2 Honeycrisp Apple Chopped
- 2 Cups Baby Spinach Packed
- 1 Tbsp Raw Cashews
- 1/2 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 Tsp Vietnamese Cinnamon
- 1/4 Cup Frozen Mango
- 1 Frozen Bananna
- 1/4 Cup Flax Seeds
- 1 Lemon Juiced
- Pinch Sea Salt
Instructions

Place everything in Vitamix or other high-powered blender. If using Vitamix, choose frozen desserts. Once blender stops, add more water for thinner consistency or more ice for a frothier smoothie. Enjoy!
