Ingredients
- 1 Cup Almond Milk Unsweetened
- 1 Apple Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Raw Walnuts
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 Cup Greek Yoghurt Whole Fat
- 2 Celery Stalks Chopped
- 1 Handful Spinach
- 1 Pinch Salt
- 1 Inch Raw Ginger Peeled
- 2 Cups Ice

Place ingredients in Vitamix (or other high powered blender) in order listed above. Choose ‘Frozen Desserts’ setting and let the machine work its magic. Pour and enjoy immediately.
